Aromatherapy

Diffuser: Add 5~7 drops of an oil or oil blend of your choice into diffuser for relaxing or freshening the air in the house.

Cleaning: Lemon is a particularly good essential oil for cleaning wood flooring. To a spray bottle, add 2 cups of distilled water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 10 drops lemon essential oil.

Massage

Massage: Use a few drops of lemongrass and lavender, mixed with an unscented lotion during a spa or massage.

Beauty: Combine 1~2 drops tea tree oil with your facial cleanser or moisturizer for added cleansing properties, or apply to skin after shaving to prevent razor burn.

Bathing

Bath: Add 10 drops of Lavender essential oil, 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil, 5 drops of Orange, 1 tablespoon of Jojoba carrier oil, and a handful of Epsom salt into a water-filled bathtub, and sit inside for at least 15 minutes.

Home-made
